Straight into the thick of it! I'm having to build a team of volunteers for the Cardiff Design Festival. Some of these have vested interest, some just want to be involved. I'm inviting them to say what they can offer rather than trying to work out how they could help - for now. Once I have an idea of how much commitment people will make I can then match what they offer to what I need. That's the theory. We've had one general meeting now I'm having micro meetings and conversations. I need to go and read the human being manual.
