I'm amazed at how much else you can get done whilst avoiding an unappealing task! I'm on a roll but running out of diversions.....

Leadership training has already taken effect. Am unable to watch police drama on the telly without analising chief character's influencing skills shortcomings. Definitely a donkey at present. No sensitivity to power bases, no interpersonal skills, operating from an air position only. Pitiful, as was the plot, characterisation and dialouge!
